Theere's a very simple formula! Cut 10% of the calories you
are presently eating - no more - then observe your weight.
If you want to stick to a diet, you should lose no more than
1-2 lb/week then flatten out at a lower weight. And, if you
are within the median range for BMI, you not only don't need
to lose more, you probably shouldn't.
