Hello, not sure if anyone heard much about this bike but if so what do you think of the 2005 Cannondale CAAD 8 R1000 Optimo bike with ultegra group set and ksyrium elite wheels, inc carbon forks and seat post. Can get for AU$3500

Have it, love it, got it for 1300 US, ride it, no deal is a good deal if it don't feel good to you. Good frame and spec for price -
I have a 2004 and love it. It's very light and comfy, thank you.

Just to add to the other posts, I also have a R1000, although it's '03. I have about 2000 miles on it. I love this bike, I have upgraded all of the 105 components, to Ultegra. I would say that it's a good fit, go for it.
