I remember when I was a kid and my mother would roll out dough, spread it with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it, then roll it up and bake it. She'd then cut the crispy finished product into bite sized pieces for a real treat.
I found a way to make something that tastes nearly as good, simple to make, and all low-carb.
Fry a low-carb tortilla for 30 to 45 seconds on each side in a dry pan on medium-high heat until crispy (don't let it get too brown). Move it to a plate, brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon and one packet of Splenda. I cut mine into bite-size squares. Carb count is minimal, whatever is in the tortilla plus 1 for the AS. And it's hard to believe that it's low-carb it's so good! Yum! -- Peter 270/219/180 website: http://users.thelink.net/marengo
Perhaps snacks are why you haven't lost any weight lately.
