An old bianchi recently came into my possession at no cost. From what
I can find online, it appears to be around '63-'65 and I'd guess it's
'64 if I had to chose, but my opinion isn't worth much. It's a bit of
a puzzler because it's doesn't actually say bianchi, but 'G. Bianchi'.
I haven't been able to find any reference to "G. Bianchi" anywhere I've
looked. It's in great shape with many of the original parts. It's got
beautiful welding, it's super light (almost as light as my brother's
multi thousand $$ Masi). The rear derailer is campagnolo valentino and
the front is also campy. Etched into the handle bars it says "cyclo
man". The brakes are Wienman and the cranks are from france. I'd love
to learn more about the history of this bike, it's incredibly fast and
shifting (on the tube) is smooth. Really a great ride. Anybody know
what I've got? Thanks,
-Jesse
