KILLIAN -- The Livingston Waterway Commission put the Tickfaw River under scrutiny Thursday, taking a boatload of officials and experts for a long ride to find out from them what needs to be done to maintain and improve the waterway which is navigable for 26 miles before emptying into Lake Maurepas.
