Question for Polar users on data export and viewing

One thought I had was to export TXT to Excel, but I can't figure out how to make the Polar software export the L-R pedal balance or Pedal Index.

Right-click on the graph and 'select whole excercise', then right-click again and 'selection info...'
All the numbers you're after are on the output there... although there's not much to be gained from knowing your L-R balance to be honest.

Go to the data folders where your application is installed and look for the file with an HRM extension (ex: 05020101.hrm). Open this file in notepad or any text editor and locate the [HRData] header. Info under this header is the actual data itself. You can use this to export this to Excel or your spreadsheet of choice. Good luck!
