  1. Can anyone with one of these give me a clue on how it's put together? I over-loosened the seatpost binder bolt on my Allez Comp while adjusting saddle height, and the double-wedge came undone and slid down the seat tube. I got them out, and for the life of me, I can't figure out what part goes where. I've tried a slew of variations, and cannot get the seatpost bolt to tighten the post into place. I'm stymied, and probably am overlooking the obvious.

    Thanks...

  2. the gold part touches the post and faces down and the black part faces up, the small side up.

  3. thanks, i thought as much....is there a nut that goes on the end of the bolt, or does it just screw down? i'm getting the impression i may have dropped something...

can't tell ya right now, but if it's not staying together with just the bolt than i would guess yeah, you dropped something.
