Eat fewer calories than you need...IOW, lose the fat. There's no one
exercise that will spot reduce the blubber.

  5. This reminds me of what a high school doc had once said, that I had
"breasts." I didn't know what he was talking about at the time, and
I'm still not sure. I mean, all weight-lifters have noticeable chests.
Even before I got into weight-lifting I was "big"...so just what is
the definition for so-called man-titties? I'd always been
physically-active and loved doing push-ups (still do), so I wonder if
maybe I was just more "naturally" buffed than he'd expected...I mean,
apparently there are different standards of being healthy being floated
around (hey, just today I heard on NPR that the gummint is recommending
    90 minutes of daily exercise!)....

I do recall a classmate whom everyone teased (except me, of course
[really!]) on that account, but he really did have weirdly conical
"ends" on his chest. Weight-lifters, OTOH, don't have conical ends, or
any noticeable "ends" -- the whole chest is buffed up.

One more anecdote: my mom, after I started pumping iron, thought I was
getting FAT because my arms just ballooned (about two inches, I mean)
and she was aghast. She was, you see, coming from a traditional
    Chinese POV. =)

Anyway, in the case of a "real" man-breast, conical and portruding, I
think plastic surgery is the only way to go, since we all know that we
    can't spot-reduce fat.

If you lactate every time an infant cries, you have man-titties.

It's most likely fat. But like Lee said, it may be Gyno. Check it out
    here...

Lose the fat first. That will tell you.

And remember, fat loss is "first on, last off". Your [censored] may be the last
thing to go if that's where you started getting fat first.

Build up the upper chest and shoulders. The incline press is good,
especially after a set of flies. Go heavy in the gym and light at the
    buffet table.

Can you tense it. Eg. bring you elbow slightly across your stomach and
tense your pec as hard as possible. With the other hand, try to push the
index finger directly into your pec whilst it is still tense. Push slowly
but firmly. (Not directly on the nipple unless you're kinky like that). How
far your finger gets is where the fat stops and the muscle starts. At
least, thats what I've always assumed! Dont do this in public.
