8 speed and will shift 8 of 9 perfectly with any Shimano rear derailleur except DA 7402. I used it briefly to shift 13/27 of a 12/27 with an Ultegra 6500 derailleur.
Complete set of levers that work perfectly and the rubber is not torn and in good shape..
The round plastic cap/botton is missing on the right shifter and there is a surface scrape from a fall over on left lever.

I have the Dura Ace 7402 rear derailleur for this set, and it is unmarked and little worn. $50. It's an 8sp derailleur.
