Been doing ok on induction but yesterday because of whatever I didn't
get veggies for lunch or dinner. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.... By midnight I was
hungry and looking for something whereas the other days I was satisfied.
I guess the veggies are a very important ingredient to induction and
maintaining that satisfaction. Is this true?
