The cooking light magazine had a casserole called La Bamba. I cut it out,
made it a few times and lost the recipe. I am hoping someone else liked

Lookinf for Cuban shrededed beef. It looked like it had been cooked slowly
until tender, shredded and fired with lime and olive oil. This was
