John Hanson said:The bank borrowed me the money because I'm a good credit risk.
And this despite the fact that you can't speak English, that's pretty
impressive.
Quoted message said:The elite few generate most of the wealth in this
country.
For themselves sure. But not for anyone else.
Quoted message said:How is my money the taxpayers money? The wealthiest few pay the most
in taxes. It's the poor that get the free ride.
1) It's taxpayer money because you paid it in taxes
2) The middle class pays a zillions times more in taxes
than do the "wealthiest few"
3) Nobody who is poor gets a free ride -- that's just
class warfare propaganda brought to you by the GOP:
keep you too busy complaining about poor people so
you won't go after the rich ones, especially those
who live on money earned by someone else
Quoted message said:Corporation shouldn't be taxed anyway. They just pass that tax onto
the consumer with higher prices.
Legally, corporations are "persons." If they make money, then they
owe taxes. If they choose to pass that tax on to the consumer then
they (the coporations) will lose customers. Free market capitalism
at work.
