are lots of links to free sites, low carb articles, and success stories.

I'd also consider buying a LC cookbook. There are some excellent ones
available from Atkins and others. You can pick these up for maybe
$10-15 at places like Walmart. While not free, they are pretty
reasonable compared to the cost of food and a lot more convenient.

Some are okay for induction, and others for ongoing weight loss,
so you'll have to judge from the ingredients. They also range from
very simple recipes for beginner cooks, to more advanced recipes.

You can go to the library and find Atkins books with recipes for
induction. Pretty near free.
