    I haven't heard anything about too much water being bad for you. IMHO
    it's just a waste of effort if you go overboard with it.

    a really clean digestive system.

    Or was it signs of unhealthy preocupation with pee and TOXINS and that

    IIRC floating stools are an indicator of sufficient fiber in your
    diet.
