  1. My wife has started taking Relacore ( http://www.relacore.com ) which
is supposed to lower Cortisol levels and thus belly fat, although
reviews say otherwise. I don't think she will go too long on it, but I
am concerned by the Vitamin levels. It has herbs, but also Vitamins C
at 1500% daily allowance, and B6 at 3600% daily allowance if taken as
directed (2 capsules 3X a day). I told my wife to take only 1X a day
for now, but she is doing twice. Anyway, what are the dangers of high
dose vitamins? These doses seem extremely high, yet their ads say no
negative side effects (FTC will be on them soon probably). THANKS.

  2. I would look closely at those herbs.

Losing weight involves reduction of calories.

If one does lose weight, I'd bet $10 the snake oil will not change where the
body wanted to remove the fat first. For many, the abdominal area seems to
be the last to go. It is for me.

My gut tells me that many of these diet pill people are headed for arrest
    and class action lawsuits....

I lost weight with low carb. A good place to start is: "Dr. Atkins New Diet
    Revolution"
