Here's a special. A Cannondale CAAD 3 frame beautifully powder coated in a deep sky blue w/no decals. The fork is a Sakae aluminum road fork, gone is the C-Dale carbon fork. This frame will come with seatpost, quill stem (12cm), and headset (Shimano 600).
It's pretty cool, great for a budget bike or something a little different (no brand names or factory paint), the powder coat is pretty durable.
