The inaugural Harvest Cycle being held in southern Tasmania is up and running. A very wet start for the time trial yesterday and a shortened hill climb (for safety reasons). Today was cool and overcast which made for some great racing on a hilly 33km course, followed by a Crit around the streets of historic Richmond.
Check out the results and race reports at www.harvestcycle.com There have been some trully awesome performances such as 58 year old Peter Rossendale in the time trial.
Next year will be bigger and better, so plan for it now.

Thanks Adam for correcting my mistake on the web address. Going Ok, 2nd on time and equal 2nd on points in my Division. Hoping to get a win tomorrow, but so is everyone else! It's not often us vets get to ride in a stage race - this one has been really well organised and is great fun.
