SANTA ROSA, Calif. -- Infineon Raceway will ask the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors Tuesday afternoon to approve plans for an annual off-road, running and bicycle race on the Cougar Mountain and Lakeville properties of its raceway in Sonoma.
