  1. If it works, fine.
    Non-athletic clothes, and some poorly designed
    athletic clothes may have seams in bad places
    that gouge your skin, especially when hot and
    sweaty. Often you dont notice this until after
    you've finished running.

  2. 1. My running shorts have liners that serve as underwear just fine.
    They are of microfiber material and wicks sweat from body.

    2. When running with soccer shorts or others not designed for running,
    smear vasaline over areas where the skin make contact with the shorts
    for long runs or as needed..
