Barbecue Baby Back Ribs
ribs
rub
salt & pepper
Barbecue sauce
1-2 bottles beer
1 can of beef broth
To make fall off the bone tender ribs get all the skin off the back. This
is a time consuming process, but well worth the results. Get a small,
flexible paring knife. That works best. Then get a large baking pan, with
a
rack. Season your ribs with a rub, or just salt and pepper, or whatever
you like.
Brush a small amount of Barbecue sauce on them, both sides. In the bottom
of the
roasting pan, 1-2 bottles (to cover) of beer and a can of beef broth. Put
the ribs on the rack, cover tightly. Roast at low heat, 250 F, for about
5
hours. Brush with additional sauce and eat, or let cool and heat with
sauce
later.
