I heard this on the news this morning...A real shame. Cancer doesn't descriminate...I agree but I believe LA was 25/26 I think...still 36 is young...I'm sure she'll make it!

Anastacia (another female singer) was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer and she made a full recovery.
I share your optimism. Kylie is doing what she has to do, cancelling her tour to make sure she gets the best treatment. My feeling is she'll pull through but cancer is such a shock when it hits you out of the blue. Did you know L.A. has been helping Ivan Basso's mother who also got diagnosed with Cancer?

Kylie Minough's website has been crashing due to floods of letters and get well wishes from the public. The Australian Prime Minister mentioned her in a recent speech and people are handing in flowers and cards. There is sympathy that someone so relatively young should endure such a scare (breast cancer is rarer amongst youger women). I think the op may be scheduled for today and I believe this will be followed by radiotherapy sessions. They did say they caught the cancer early on.
