I thought it was way out there in fantasy land, but it's TV, it's drama, I guess that's the idea! I moonlight in a kitchen, and we don't throw meals (plate and all) in the trash or smear them on a fellow cook's chest. Oh well, I'll give it a 2nd week to see if they can even approach reality.

It might be TV, it might be hammed up and laid on a bit thick, but indeed, the guy *really* is, in real life, genuinely that much of an utter [censored]. I'd gladly lose my job by knocking him flat on his [censored] if he behaved that way with me - it's just not worth the money to put up with that [censored].

I think he started out as an [censored], but then started to believe his own publicity and is in danger of disappearing up it! I saw the actress who played Alma in Corrie try to smack him in the UK series, how he could reduce a woman in her 60's to that state is beyond me. The bloke has no manners, and needs a reality check. (I'd like to see him shout at someone who's livelihood isn't at stake if they retaliate). Sarah
