..... But they make SUCH a difference. The DH bought me a new pair of
oven mitts for my birthday last year (he called it a "selfish" birthday
present🙂 ) but I love them.

The mitts are nice, short, high-temp, great grip, slip on and off fast,
Duncan "Kitchen Grips" in "royal blue".

The can-opener resembles the old hand-wind one minus the rust of ages,
and has white instead of the old baby blue grips.

All-new to my kitchen, two, not one but two egg-rings. I tried them and
they worked great. Eat your heart out McDonalds!

I'm by no means a professional chef or a gourmet cook.

I don't know what I'd buy for a real chef other than a fun gift like an
apron that says "I'd Rather Be Eating!" or something mildly humorous.
