Whooopss.. endo in the driveway

You're the second person I've heard doing this in the past 24 hrs. My
swimming coach was saying her husband did it last night, and managed to
land on his face. OUCH!

oooouch. I can imagine that would hurt.

Fortunately, mine was one of those slow-motion events that happen in
perfect clarity (although brain did not act fast enough to release
brake hand, of course). I did a very nice shoulder-roll on the ground
and tore the plastic cover off my helmet.

Amazingly, the bike survived ok, too. A bit of a scratch on the left
brake lever and that seems to be it. I must've broken its fall with my
[censored], I think.

No.. luckily the only observers were a couple of people from a building
a few doors down. My embarrasment will remain mine alone.

The boss didn't even ask why I dived straight into the first-aid
cabinet when I walked in the door!.. good to see he's concerned for my
welfare 🙁
