  1. The effect that the operation you had to help you lose weight will only last
for so long, and then you'll start gaining again. I really hope you're
still posting here when that time comes.

Why is your self-esteem so low that it makes you think that everyone is
being a [censored] to you? Could it be because of your obesity and your lack
    of
will to do something about it? Like most people of your ilk, you'll lose
    a
few pounds and then you'll disappear from this group. Goodbye in
    advance.

  3. You must not get out much.

So why are you such a [censored], anyways? You seem incapable of answering.

The answer is: If I'm a [censored], then you're hanging all over me because

  4. I use very specialized ingredients like wheat protein isolate, oat fiber
(not bran), polydextrose, etc. that I have to order online. If you're
still interested, I'll post it. :-)

I've never found an extract that actually tasted like real bananas.
By using LC ingredients to replace the flour and sugar, I make LC banana
bread with real bananas that comes out to 6.56g net carbs/slice and it's a
large loaf cut to 12 servings. No soy or ground almonds either. I've
never had a banana bread that had raisins like the OP mentioned, only nuts.

    Excellent carb count!

I stay away from real bananas because I can't eat just one.

    lost are about equal.
