It's a tube dispenser, not a tubular (Schlauchreife) dispenser.

WAS a great article and shows tubie manufacturing and use are alive and
well despite some that would wish they would go away(not you Jobst, you
only say the truth about tubies).

It's a tube dispenser, not a tubular (Schlauchreife) dispenser.

Quite a sight in either case! I'm impressed by any locality that has a
use for either.
