  1. I'm looking for a cheese called "Montsalvat" - it's a blue cheese and
the closest I can find is Blue Castello, but it has a more formic acid
    taste than Montsalvat.

The last time I tasted this cheese was back in 1987 and it was the
closest thing human taste buds could get to an actual orgasm. Has
anyone ever heard of this or found this or know where I can get this?

All help appreciated (and rewarded - assuming I can find the cheese).

Where do you live? Do you have a cheese shop locally?

Heh, Google turns up the place Montsalvat, writings about the place,
references to blue cheese in writings about the place etc. but not a blue
    cheese *called* Montsalvat!

    Sorry I tried now...

We do, but they've never heard of it, either. I'm beginning to suspect
either the culture has been lost or that small town in France is
    hoarding it.
