  1. Hi,

Does100% whey protein (GNC) plus NOW Soy Protein (Dupont, Supro)
amount to an adequate daily intake of *all* protein requirements, if
taken with skim milk, adjusted for body weight? Or does this
    combination leave out something essential?

Thanks for any help with this.

Any one, or combo of two or three, of the above protein sources, contain
everything needed, except one thing: a great enjoyment of life known as
    "eating".

  3. No Lucie, you need to swallow too!

I get Hi-Health's X-Rated brand Triple Chocolate flavor
protein mix, and add it to nonfat milk (2 scoops per 12
oz). I use a hand-blender to get it smooth and frothy.
Tastes like a good chocolate milkshake. It's actually
one of my favorite meals. I'll have some carrots or a
banana to get a few g's of fiber and extra carbs, or even
add 15-30 grams of maltodextrin, if I need them. Though
the maltodextrin makes it taste a tad flat.

Other products taste wheaty or metallic. This one, for some
    reason, tastes great.
