You sure you should be doing this??

Now aint the time to start if you are a total newb. Take it to a shop and if they are nice they'll let you watch and learn. You'd end up there anyway having them fix your problems. Putting a complete bike together from the ground up surely isn't real hard, but if you have no clue then it shouldn't be the first bike repair task to tackle.

Sorry, i dont think i wrote enough.

Ive been doing competitive cycling for around 2 years now, and in all that time, have only needed to take the bike to a store 3 times, the two first time the bike just needed a service, and when i bent my rear triangle. ive replaced lots of stuff on my bike, but this is the first time I'm building something from the ground up!
