Quick Wrenchette Question

The Park lube is good.

The cool wrench, or"wrenchette", way to put the pedals on is to start the
threads with your fingers first, then put the wrench on and gently backpedal
the cranks until the pedal axle hits bottom. Then give them about 1/8 turn
more with the wrench to snug them. This works for both sides.

Had my appendix ripped untimely from my quivering flesh about 2 weeks
ago, so I'm not actually back in the _saddle_ until tomorrow, but
definitely paddle-less. As usual.

I thought it was pretty cool that I dug around in Mr. Adventure's
bike tool box ( slowly becoming mine) and found what I needed. I'm doing
way more wrenching that he is, these days. There are all sorts of
interesting things in that box left over from the days of yore when he built
a full Campy road bike up from scratch.
