  1. i already at the edge of giving up trying to gain weight. I tried all
kind of foods, supplements, creatine, olive oil...etc , but I still the
same. Is there other way to gain weight? perhap having a health
specialist diagnose my health consition or even give me injection that
help me put up some weight?

I'm from malaysia. Is there any health specialist from my country?

How many calories have you been taking in daily?

Everything but actually sticking to something long enough to actually
    work you mean?

None, you are a race of idiots.

Perhaps. But AIDS and cancer also cause chronic inability to gain
    weight.

From malaysia? You must be kidding.

Well, you could always try Chiang Jin Choon; he's your least damaging
    witchdoctor.

    20-rep squats twice a week.

It's not so much what you are specifically eating, it is how much you
are eating. You can take all the supplements you want and eat very
specific types of foods and still not gain weight. You simply are not
taking in enough calories. When I was young I couldn't gain weight
from training for almost half a year. I finally stopped eating the
"bodybuilding diet" recommended in many magazines back then (skinless
chicken breasts and dry baked potatoes mainly) and just ate everything
in sight. Presto: the next six months I gained thirty pounds. Yeah,
some of it was fat but a ton of it was muscle. I finally gave my body
the calories it needed to allow me to bulk up. I remember my mother
being horrified by how many calories I could take in on a daily basis.
I was downing ice cream, pizza, plates of spaghetti, whatever I
wanted, and I still could see abs. Now, almost fifteen years later
that metabolism is long gone. Enjoy it while you can and start
eating! If your worried about getting fat I'll tell you the same
thing I tell women who are worried about gaining huge muscles from
lifting: if it happens, just stop and it will go away, but until then,
full throttle. Now off to the grocery store!

I second that along with my "eat everything in sight" recommendation.
Its amazing how the simplest and oldest things still work wonders.

Malaysia's students did quite well in math and science:

No. But it will successfully separate you from some of your money.

  15. You bet it does. I gained 20 lbs in 2 months of LBM with their diet and
    proper training.

Mind you, your training needs to be planned out and executed properly to be
successful in this weight gain program.

Eating the diet alone will not be effective enough.

B.S. It's [censored] and why in the hell would anyone PAY for a diet? You'd have
to be a complete idiot (or the site owner) to think this is a good thing.

You did? Sure it wasn't from all the low test, lack of libido, diabetes,
anti-anxiety, and anti-depression drugs you take? (if you even gained a
    single pound).

Or maybe it's cause you quit smoking pot?

In any case, between you "diet" and your "work at home" spamming you've
proven yourself to be an untrustworthy, useless piece of [censored].

Ding, ding, time for you to go pop some meds......

I believe the truth. You're a spammer with a long history of fraudulently
advertising your site. Guess that explains why you had to switch hosts,
TOS/AUP violation got your account closed. CJB (your re-director) does not
tolerate spam, nor does Geocities (your site host). Paypal (your payment
processing solution) also isn't fond of tactics like yours.

For your sake let's hope nobody actually reports your activities this time
or you'll be looking for a new host/payment processor (again!).

BTW, a simple search of the newsgroup archives shows your history of spam
    posts.
