Europe is moving towards a ban on misleading claims about food. The idea is to give all claims true meaning to the consumers. This means that claims such as 'strengthens the immune system' or '90% fat free!' will be banned as the former means nothing and the latter is misleading since 10% fat is still quite high on fat.

Yeah. The Dutch consumers association tested 29 (or so) restaurants where they serve mineral water without a bottle. They found 15 cases where they served tap water mixed with some carbondioxide.... . Whne in theNetherlands, ask for a bottle! :-(
