  1. Hi,

I bought Pickle Mango produced in Pakistan by a company called Ahmed.
I never tried it and I don't have any idea how or with what this can
    served.

Improvising would be nice but I would prefare to eat it the
traditional way at least the first time, so does anybody know at what
temprature is it served, with bread, with rise ?? or maybe solo ? as a
main dish or as a starter?

    Cheers
    Michael

It would probably be good with a curried dish.

We just always ate it as is in Hawaii. Pickled mango is almost a staple.

Dice it with onion and some peppers maybe a little cilantro and/or garlic serve
as a fresh relish on grilled fish.

Put it on the table with other pickled vegetables to go with curry and
    rice. Room temp is fine.

With an Indian dish, on the plate, like a relish, is how I have it, and how
I've been served it by Indian folk, if indeed it is one of the kinds I am
aware of - there is sweet mango chutney, which is a lightly spiced, orange
coloured preserve, then there is green mango 'pickle', which is pickled in
oil spiced with mustard seed, onion seed etc. in the usual Indian oil pickle
style - this is much more heavily spiced, and often quite salty, and there
    are no doubt others, too.

LOL not a lot to elucidate. Eating lots of rice can get boring. Curry
portions are often small, the rice (or bread) being the main feature.
All the Indian, Bengali and Pakistani people I know always had a
selection of pickled vegetables and fruits to go with the meal. Any
Indian/Bengali/Pakistani shop will have jars and jars from which to
    choose.

They are also good with papads and papadums.
