    Don't start here about what you know about D'adamo and his son and their

    But even _I_, with all my care and will power, still reached a sticking
    point that I could not get past strictly low carbing, so had to up my
    gym activities from 3 days per week to 5 days per week.

    The scale is finally moving downwards again at a steady rate.
