LAUSANNE, Switzerland - German cyclist Danilo Hondo has appealed a two-year doping suspension to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the Lausanne-based organization said Monday.But both the UCI, which governs cycling, and the World Anti-Doping Agency have asked CAS to increase the penalty.
