I love cows milk especially pasteurised. Pasteurised milk tastes like
real milk to me. Not to keen on sterilised.
However, I personally believe that Cows milk is bad for you. Maybe it
is just me, and maybe I am allergic to it or something? Whenever I
drink milk I always seem to have a minor cold or runny nose
afterwards.
I believe that Sterilised Milk is probably the best if you have to
drink cows milk. This milk doesn't taste how milk should taste though
IMHO.
Goats milk on the other hand is a lot better for you. It may not be to
everyones liking, and it doesn't keep as long, but it also isn't as
fattening and contain as many cholesterals etc.
Store purchased cows milk depending on whether it is sterilised or
pasteurised would probably be better than raw cow milk that hasn't
been treated in any way.

John, at least you are honest. You "love" cow's milk but know
it is bad for you.
When I was a cow's milk drinker, I got strep throats twice a
year, got very heavy lung congestion; and got common colds.
Those three health problems no longer happen once I stopped
drinking cow's milk.

And because you had some real or imagined problems with milk the rest of
world should avoid it? I have been drinking milk both raw and
pasteurized for 58 of my 60 years with zero problems. I catch a cold
maybe once every three years and it usually lasts for two days. if I
follow your defective logic I say everyone, less those with known
lactose intolerance issues, should guzzle milk by the 55 gallon drum. Of
course using my personal health to generalize the wonders of milk is
equally faulty logic. It's like the person that smokes 3 packs a day for
80 years saying cigarettes are harmless and why he has lived that long
and suggesting we all take up smoking. I'm glad science does not
generalize anecdotal cases.
I lead a very healthy lifestyle to include about 50 miles a week of
running and balanced eating. Maybe it's exercise that chews up all that
evil thick pasty goop you claim is the evil incarnate. My logic says
take up exercise and chug the milk. Maybe you should spend less time on
the keyboard titling at this imaginary windmill and more time getting
fit. Who knows, maybe the extra O2 will clear your clogged synapses.
You are a quack with a myopic agenda who refuses to let facts get in the
way of a good story. You're like a weeble, the science bowls you over
and you simply bounce back and repeat the same old smoke and mirrors.
Much like the punch drunk Tyson you keep going back into the ring
remembering his youth, to get your brains bashed in. Gotta love your
masochism.

When you were a milk drinker, was it real milk, or the processed
homogenized, pasteurized, re-constituted [censored] they sell in the stores
today? Have you ever tried real milk as opposed to the processed
homogenized, pasteurized, re-constituted [censored] they sell in the stores
today?
Which was it?

I've drunk many different types of milk. The milk I've drunk the most
is sterilised milk that comes from a farm (obviously processed
though). I have drunk Supermarket stuff, and I have also had milk
straight from the cow "not literally, but you know what I mean" 😉. I
have also drunk quite a bit of Goats milk.
I always have minor ailments after drinking cows milk (no matter what
kind). Perhaps I am allergic or something? With goats milk I don't
have any. Of course Goats milk doesn't taste as nice though.
I don't really drink milk that much any more.

With the cost of gas products today thanks to Bush and Haliburton Cheany
and the rest of the "good ole boys", I would bottle the Methane.

I always bought the 2% milk at the grocery store. The USA East
Coast does not seem to have raw cow's milk available.
