  1. I am building up a new frame and I need to get a fork. So I'm looking for reccomendations. 700c, 1"
threaded. Preferably with decent tire clearance (but with conventional modern short-reach calipers).
Fender eyelets. Preferably steel. Price as low as possible. Ideally under $50, certainly under $100.

Is such a beast still made? (Note: the one on the www.bikeusa.com site is out of stock)

    TIA

    -Tim

    Check out www.spicercycles.com

I've gotten a few inexpensive steel forks from this guy. Even if one that you're looking for is not
on his website, shoot him an email.
