  1. A mlm product of dubious claims, best just to avoid it and lose weight by
eating fewer calories and exercise. It's owner has had lots of tax
    problems.

  2. Hello, new to the Diet groups (But not to Usenet). Well, I am retired
Military, and after I retired I stopped exercising and put on 80 pounds. Now
physically I am a wreck (Went from Physical training 4 times a week, every
week for 23 years to nothing). Anyway, I have decided it is time to get back
in shape. Along with a heavy dose of willpower I plan on using Metabolife
because I heard it was a good diet supplement. Has anyone here used it? If
so I have a couple of questions. Both for those who have used it and for any
medical professional that migiht be on sci.med.nutrition.

    1. Has it worked for you?

    2. Did you feel any physical changes (Side effects)?

    3. I plan on taking Metabolife along with a Muscle Builder (Ill be working
out hard) and a vitamin supplement. The muscle builder has well over 100% of
the daily requirement of most vitamins and minerals, the vitamin supplement
wil double that. Is it safe to take all of these together? Its a lot of
vitamins, but the Muscle builder has other things in it I will need for what
    I want to do.

    Thanks
    J

Don't do it. Any of it. Eat right and exercise for good health. It will
    save you money too.

  4. ask in the bodybuilding or weight lifting newsgroups.

  5. I do not recall a single individual who posted here with any kind of
    success story involving Metabolife.

  6. have you ever looked at the ingredients in Metabolife? Some of these
ingredients contain MSG, which has been strongly correlated with weight
gain. It also contains dextrose, a refined sugar, a definite no-no for
    any dieter. Enough said.
