  1. Nathan did a cycle thinggie today. Early morning start. I decided to take my
bike along so that I could cycle home at the end of the event instead of
sitting on my backside in the car.

It's about 18 miles from the HQ to home. I set off. In the HQ car park -
much guffawing by husband & son with comments of "See you back home in three
hours then, well, no, two hours." BAH! Sometimes I go off the men in the
family. Anyhow I made it back in 1 hr 7 mins, which for *me* is fast. Then
my nearest & dearest said, "Couldn't have been 18 miles then..."

Revenge will be had when he least expects it... ;-)

    Cheers, helen s

Can't have been downhill in Norfolk, so I guess you must have had one
    hell of a tailwind ;-)

    Oi! ;-)

I prefer to think of it as the cycling I've done with Nathan over the summer
holidays paying dividends on my fitness - and I'm sticking with that thank
    you ;-)

If she 'borrows' Nathan's TT bike and aero bits then there is a good
    chance of it ;-)

Oh no, I don't think I'd manage that!
