Of course, it might be a chinese poacher in russia but ....

I have a feeling that Simon gave that title to the file himself one of
the most famous programmes on a "number station"[1] is "The Lincolnshire
poacher" perhaps he uses poacher as an unidentified radio transmission.

[1] "A number station" is ones which seem to transmit collections of
numbers, no one seems to know if they are codes, place holders for coded
messages or what.A Google search for "lincolnshire poacher" "number
stations" :-

Poacher is the nickname of the guy in Russia who sent me it. I wanted him to
get the credit for the clip.

Its sounds to me almost certainly a South East Asian language, possibly
Thai, but I couldn't differentiate it for sure from other countries in
that region such as Myanmar or Vietnam.
