    http://cycling.tv is showing World's coverage. Although according to
    their website today's Elite Men's Time Trial is available only to US
    and Chinese viewers. I'm in Canada. I'm not sure if somebody else
    has the broadcast rights to it here, or by "USA" they mean "North
    America".

    Also, cycling.tv's website is really Windows Internet Explorer
    dependent, so if you are using OS X or Loonix you are probably out of
    luck.
