  1. Does anyone know the carb count for KFC's new Grilled Chicken? I
checked the KFC website and they have no nutritional info posted on the
    grilled chicken.

hmmm...why would they not post nutritional information? that's a real
    mystery. eat up.

  3. I could find no mention of the product on their website, at all. I
suspect that it is a trial product that they may be rolling out in the
    OP's area.

I recall that it took Popeye's a while to get the nutrition info up for
their Blackened Chicken Strips. There wasn't anything sinister. It just
wasn't a nationally rolled out product (they are 2g per three, IIRC,
but the inclusion of a 15g biscuit that is carbo-licious makes it a
    dicey buy).

I did a search in google for the product and could find no mention,
other than some grilled options at KFC canada (Twister wrap and warm
peach salad, neither of which seemed a good fit) and a Chicken Tikka
    wrap at KFC India.

  4. I've never looked for the actual carb count and just assumed that the carb
count for the chicken was low since it is not breaded. But I've eaten this
alot in the past and it can't be full of hidden carbs because it has never
seem to affect my weight loss.

I only worried about the carbs for the dressing. Which KFC has some of the
lowest carb dressings of all the fast food places. I think if i remember
correctly 5g per serving on both ranch and ceaser. And Wendy's $1 Ceaser Side
Salad is 1 or 2 grams of carbs per serving as well.

As if I should have to tell anyone this, stay away from McD's "Newman's Own"
brand dressing is full of sugar.

Under their Regular Recipe for Chicken you can select "Without Skin or
Breading" and the carb count is 0.
