  1. Last time I was stateside I picked up some Yohimbe (our all-knowing big
brother gov't up here banned it) I got it for the purpose of improving
blood circulation for an upcoming exersize and weight lifting regimen I
am starting, but found it interesting that is was in the "mens health"
section of the store I bought it in.

Well, now I think I know why, after 1 1/2 weeks of taking it there is a
noticeable difference in erection firmness and frequency. Note that at
age 48 I am still very healthy in that area and have required no "help"
per se, as I still get at least 3 or 4 spontaneous erections daily
(those dang low cut tops at work...) and they are still well at
"attention". The difference is I am now getting 6-8 daily spontaneous
erections and the increased firmness takes me back to my teenage years.
I can now hang a full size bath towel from it no problem and still
stay at full mast, whereas before it would hang for a few seconds then
start going more horizontal, but still remain firm.

Anyway, did a bit of research and see that there is conflicting reports
on whether or not yohimbe really does enhance erections, in my case I'd
have to say yes, but I have not noticed any enhanced sensations in
orgasm like many people claim. My wife is trying to decide if this is a
good thing or not, as she already rarely saw me naked without an
erection (any time I'm near her naked, up it goes!) and now I'll be on
her (bad pun, I know!) even more saying "lets make good use of this honey!"

Just thought I'd share my experiences with yohimbe with the group, like
to hear of others have had similar or if it made no difference at all.

    have a good one!

  2. Ho hum, just the average run of the mill spam, no man breasts or anything
    new at all.

  3. My advice is to be careful with that stuff.

I recently tried some yohimbine (the active ingedient in yohimbe). Within
2-3 hours I felt lousy and my BP shot way up from normal to 170/110. It's
dangerous for some people as you can see by googling it. The FDA is
    considering banning it here.

There are natural alternatives with no nasty side effects.

How much did you take? I think the ones I got are around 2000 mg , which
I believe about 9% is actual yohimbine itself. If you took straight
yohimbine you may have taken quite a bit more..

But you are right, as with anything, caution is advised. I have been
taking them for about 1.5 weeks now so I will get my BP checked soon and
see if there is any difference, plus I'll talk to my GP and get his .02
next time I see him as well...

    cheers
