Someone suggested I get an extra cheapo slick tire wheel for my trainer. Can someone please help me figure out what wheel to get, and possibly suggest a store?
I have a Specialized Allez Elite with the following marking on my wheel:

I have a Specialized Allez Elite with the following marking on my wheel:
On One side: Specialized Turbo ALX330, 700 X 23
On Other side: 23-622 (700 X 23C) 130 PSI
The nice thing about using a trainer is that just about any wheel will do. In fact, you can even use a 27" wheel since it's unimportant for the brakes to line up. In fact, that is what I did for a while on a bike as I had several old 27" tires laying around.
Hard compound tires seem to work better. One thing I also learned, after ruining a tire in a single training session is to keep it well inflated. I must have had a slow leak or one of my kids was playing with the valve and I tore up a tire because it only had 50 lbs of air in it.

I just want to swap out my trainer wheel with my good one. Where's a good place to find a wheel cheap?

What's the name of the hard compound materials?

I have a wrench force standing pump. For some reason, I can't get the pump to "connect" to my rear tire to inflate it more than 60 psi.
