You really need to have someone look at the cycle you're doing. You are
either not doing the correct combination or not eating correctly. I can
not

The real illuminating fact is not that he's *only* 210#, but that he only
gained 34#'s in FIVE years! Hell, that's less than a 7#/yr average gain!!!
And he had to juice to do that? Of course he then goes on to say how he's a
"HARDGAINER" which helps explain a lot about how much of an idiot he is. I
used to think I was a hardgainer until I started to eat more!
With the right routine and diet this guy could have gained more WITHOUT
steriods.
I don't know how you can make that statement.
Arnold won the Mr. Olympia weighing 215# - that was after using juice
for years. I doubt anyone would say he was anything but huge.
210# doesn't really convey enough information about Van Der's condition
and conveys nothing about his genetic potential.
Or how hard he trains, etc. Often juice is simply a shortcut for lazy
people. OTOH, Schuh was ripped to shreds at 210# and pretty big and he
was a hard trainer.

Keith,
I won a # of shows at 176 at 5'10" tall and was at my best at 198 on the day of
the show. Body weight means NOTHING. I have a very small bone structure, so I used
to look 20-30 lbs on stage than I actually was. No matter what people claim they
weigh etc., THE key is how they look standing on stage with the lights beating
down! :-)
