Campag don't make one.

30t is the largest compatible sprocket on the market I know of: made by
Marchisio. Info: www.anysystem.de Available from
www.parker-international.co.uk . The extra two teeth will be worthwhile
if you're desperate--will feel like "half a gear" lower. I use one in a
customised Veloce cassette.

How about a smaller chainring instead (or as well)? If necessary via a
compact double chainset or triple with smaller granny.

Unless it's just for a one-off ride, then this has to be the more sensible way forward.

If you need such dinner plate rear cogs on the road, then your front rings are too
big IMO.
