Sorry, Bob. That was from over a year ago...and I barely remember doing
the report. I do 7 reports a day. I suggest you do so Googling of the
subject and see what you find.

Could you please provide me the name of the report that you mentioned in
this piece? I'm interested in looking further into it. Thank you

IMAGINE GOING TO A STEAKHOUSE, PAYING 20 BUCKS FOR T-BONE, AND ENDING UP
    WITH HAMBURGER ON YOUR PLATE.

YOU WOULDN'T BE HAPPY, WOULD YOU?

BUT NEW REPORT FINDS "BAIT AND SWITCH" FISH AT STORES AND RESTAURANTS
    ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!

THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA SAMPLED FISH IN EIGHT STATES, AND FOUND
THAT ONLY 5 OF 22 SAMPLES OF RED SNAPPER WERE ACTUALLY RED SNAPPER!

    EXPENSIVE RED SNAPPER
WAS OFTEN A CHEAPER GENERIC SNAPPER.

SWORDFISH WAS OFTEN THE MUCH CHEAPER MAKO SHARK.

AND INS SOME CASES, SEA SCALLOPS WERE ACTUALLY CHOPPED UP SKATE FISH.
