I'm seeking some knowlegeable people about creating a mountain board
and bike park in the rolling hills of Eastern WA. I opened a paintball
park recently and I know Ill be adding more extreme sports soon
including a BMX track and hopefully a large sustainable
(environmentally friendly) skate park. I want everyone to enjoy
adventure and outdoors. I just don't want to see people make
destruction of forests and trails a hobby. This will be the biggest
thing to hit the US as long as I continue to create landscapes and
bigger and better structures for these extreme soprts. Consider the
urban environment being the skateboarders course and playing field,
with every obstacle and adrenaline burst being what most people might
consider handrails, curbs, and benches. I want to do just the same in
the country. Be Like Walt D. only younger.
My questions being are there any bikers or boarders from the NW that
want to give these areas a try? Where can I find insurance for this
business? What types of races are held around the US that promote BMX,
offroad mountain bike, and board? Why do I try to ask all my questions
at once? If you have any answers at all; anything helps!

Eastern WA is pretty big, accordingt to some it goes from Ellensburg all the
way to Idaho.

Trail destruction ala Exit 38 is a west side thing, on the east side of the
state the mountain bikers have very good relationships with the land
managers, and we'd like to keep it that way.

You might try google for the information you need on insurance, promoters,
etc. If you are going to be as big as Disney, you will need to be able to
figure these things out on your own. That is meant kindly, not as a flame.
