Santa Cruz must issue their paychecks. I wouldn't call Santa Cruz best of anything. They are poorly
built. The machining on the tubes is awful. The welders often have to make up for the poor machining
using welds that are huge, overstressing the tubes. Santa Cruz is a marketing company. It looks like
the mag bought their commercials.

The Jamis mentioned is not a bad bike. It is well built. handles nicely. I had the opportunity
to throw a leg over one recently. It was not too bad. It was not my big hit. But not many bikes
are either.
