Ottawa Runners: where do you run?

Where I am, there's enough snow to make life interesting. One has to improvise
a bit at times.

I tend to run in parks during the rest of the year, and some of the park
trails are maintained during winter much like the roads. Central park closes
off the road to the traffic. Roads in other parks are open to traffic but at
least fairly quiet, and intersections are less frequent than on open road.

Of course Ottawa may be completely different.

Here in Hamilton it snows a lot, but there's never a problem
finding roads to run on because they get plowed.

In really bad snowstorms I am reduced to main streets for a
day or two until they get to the side streets, but that's about it.
